CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
Once an order has been successfully placed, it is processed promptly to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation. If a customer chooses to cancel an order after it has been confirmed, a 100% cancellation charge will be applicable.
CANCELLATION BY DHIRAJ ELECTRICAL SALES
While we make every effort to fulfill all successfully placed orders, there may be certain circumstances where we are required to cancel an order. These situations may include, but are not limited to:
- Stock Limitations: Limited quantity or unavailability of products at the time of order processing.
- Address Issues: Incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable shipping address details provided during checkout.
- Product Availability: Items that are discontinued or temporarily out of stock.
- Pricing or Technical Errors: Any inaccuracies or errors related to product pricing, specifications, or descriptions.
In the event that we need to cancel your order, we will notify you within two (2) business days. Based on the situation and your preference, we may offer you the option to exchange the product (if available), receive a full refund, or proceed with cancellation of the order.
