1. Returns

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
  • Keep the product in its original packaging until the issue is resolved.

After inspection and verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A full or partial refund will be processed, depending on the condition of the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Shipping and handling charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error.
